Well looked after with tea, coffee and food it was brilliant.
Every aspect of care has been excellent.

I am hard of hearing but fortunately everybody concerned with my treatment. I was able to understand.
Everyone was pleasant, smiling, cheerful.
The communication with myself and my father (the patient) was clear and easy to understand. We were kept well informed. At no point did we feel in the way and we felt like everyone really cared.
Waiting too long.
On arrival we was told from the receptionist, the waiting time was 3 hours, we was still waiting in the receptionist 6 hours later. I am in discussed the way urgent care is run. I will never tell any friends or family to come to this hospital it's running and management at this hospital is very very poor.
